Personal Training

Personal yog training is an investment that pays dividends in many ways such as weight management, improved flexibility, enhanced strength and sharpened mental focus. personal instruction focuses on improvement areas – Eg: You can sculpt specific muscle groups or work on loosening tight hamstrings. Personal training would help you achieve mental, emotional, spiritual goals. Training will be done in a safe, peaceful environment and will be designed as per your wellness goals. There are two options – Private Session (1 Instructor: 1 Client) and Semi-Private Sessions (1 Instructor: 2 Clients) on alternate days or weekends or as per your requirement.

BEFORE THE PRACTICE:

  • शौच (Cleanliness), an important prerequisite for yogic practice. It includes cleanliness of surroundings, body and mind.
  • Yogic practice should be performed in a clam and quite atmosphere with relaxed body and mind.
  • Bladder and bowels should be empty before starting yogic practices.
  • Light and comfortable clothes are preferred to facilitate easy movements.

AFTER THE PRACTICE :

  • Bath may be taken only after 20-30 minutes of practice.
  • Light food may be consumed only after 20-30 minutes of practice.

 

DURING THE PRACTICE:

  • Yogic practice shall be performed slowly, in relaxed manner and with awareness of the body and breath.
  • Do not hold the breath unless it is specially mentioned to do so during the practice.
  • Breathing should always through the nostrils unless instructed otherwise.
  • Do not hold body tightly or jerk the body at any point of time.
  • Perform the practices according to your own capacity.
  • It takes time to get good results, so persistent and regular practice is very essential.
  • Yogic practice should always end with shavasan (शवासन).
