Nikheal​ Yogvishwa


Nikheal is a seasoned yog practitioner with experience of more than two decades in the field. Starting his personal practice as early as 9yrs old, his practice and guidance from spiritual masters have helped him to understand the magnitude of yog as a science, and as an art of wellness. Nikheal has completed his master’s degree M.Sc. in Yog Therapy and he also holds the title of ‘World yog champion’ with 3 gold medals at an international stage.

He has been a member of the ‘Guinness World Record’ for the longest Yog Lesson which lasted for 35 hours, 17 minutes, and 02 seconds. With his magnificent achievements, the path of learning is still ahead of him.

Varsha Vaze

Studio Manager & Dietitian

Varsha Vaze is a practising Fitness consultant and a Nutritionist for 32 years. She has done her graduation in Food and Nutrition along with certifications in Sports Nutrition and Diabetes Nutrition. 

Varsha worked in the fitness industry as Pune Region Head for Talwalkar chain of fitness centres for 28 years. She has worked as Fitness and Nutrition Faculty for various Training Courses. 

She focuses on simple diets that are easy to follow, are based on homemade food and rich in Nutrients. She believes regular and sustainable exercise helps us in many ways and keeps us disease free and energetic.



Yog Teacher

Pournima started her yog journey with yogvishwa as a student for her own fitness, practising yog over for the past 4 years. Later she developed an interest in yog and started taking formal education in yog. She has completed her Yog Instructor Course (YIC) and currently she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Yog from S-Vyasa, Bangalore. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment of practice and her inquisitiveness to learn and practice motivates her to bring new and unique ways in teaching and spreading an ancient practice of yog.
